New York Real Estate

I imagine the New York Real Estate market, particularly in Manhattan, is tough for buyers and renters looking to reside in a decent place and still feed their families. I have a friend from college who recently moved into a tiny apartment on the Upper West side. While her neighborhood is adorable and very near Central Park, she lives in a room fitting only her bed-she literally has to crawl over the bed to reach the closet. The experience of living in New York City, however, is most definitely worth any New York real estate troubles. She sees Broadway plays all the time, visits museums, strolls along Fifth Avenue--what a life!
